Who We Are
Adirondack Customs LLC is your custom home builder and construction company rooted in the Adirondacks since 2007. We build custom log homes, timber-frame homes, high-performance stick-built homes, and handle everything from high-end renovations and additions to decks, landscaping, hardscaping, and rolloff services from land purchase through turnkey delivery, entirely in-house.
We’re a preferred builder for multiple log home manufacturers. That means our partners have vetted and endorsed us based on the quality of our work. For you, it means faster access to materials, stronger warranties, and a builder who knows the product inside and out. It’s not a title we purchased — it’s a relationship we earned.
Founded and owned by Kevin Stonitsch, Adirondack Customs was built on a simple philosophy: do the work right, communicate honestly, and treat every project like it’s our own. That’s how we earned our reputation and it’s how we plan to keep it.

How We Work
We manage the full process so you don’t have to. Our team provides in-house design, engineer stamping for site work, stormwater, septic, and construction drawings, and handles all agency permitting — APA, Army Corps of Engineers, county and town-level construction permits and inspections.
Whether you’re bringing your architect’s plans finished and ready for our team to execute to completion, or starting from a napkin sketch, our team is ready. Our in-house designer Ken can turn your concept into a fully executed, shovel-ready design. His work is beautiful and built to build here.
Building in the Adirondack Park means navigating regulations that most builders never deal with. We’ve been doing it since 2007. APA permits, wetland setbacks, shoreline restrictions, septic engineering, stormwater management we handle all of it so you can focus on your home, not the paperwork.
